Can I pre-order the items that are currently out of stock?
– You can place a pre-order for the out-of-stock items. To place a pre-order, please contact your sales representative for assistance.
Why is the item price on my invoice different from the one on the website now?
– Price on the invoice reflects the exchange rate on the order date.
Can I cancel or change my order after submission?
– You may cancel or make any changes in your order within 3 days after the submission.
After we start packing your order, you CANNOT cancel or modify anything in the order.
What is Box Qty?
– Box Quantity (Box qty) indicates the number of a product packed in a manufacturer’s box.
The Box Quantity shown on the website is reference only.
What is the minimum qty/amount requirement for wholesale?
– MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity) per item is 10pcs. Sample pouches must be ordered by case(100pcs)
*Less quantity can be accepted in case of insufficient
– MOA(Minimum Order Amount) is USD$1,000 per order. MOA for initial orders is negotiable.
How long does it take to process my order?
– After the order submission, your sales representative will contact you within 1-3 business days to confirm your order. After confirming the proforma invoice, we will start packing upon the receipt of your payment.
Refunds
– Once you proceed with your payment, it can’t be refunded. It will be posted to your debit note for a future order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Shipping returns
How much is the shipping cost?
– It depends on the country where the package is shipped to and what forwarder you will be using. Please contact your direct sales representative for more information.
Can you put my order on hold for a while?
– Confirmed orders must be shipped within 2 weeks. Otherwise, the orders will be cancelled without notice and pre-paid amount will be credited to your account for future purchases.
Do you deal with the import customs clearance?
– Customers are required to check the import customs policy of their countries before proceeding with their orders. Silicon2 will not be held responsible for issues that occur regarding the customs clearance. If you refuse to pay customs fee, the parcels will return back to our warehouse, and a shipping fee and a handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
What incoterms do you use?
– EX-Warehouse. Customers must bear shipping costs and additional fees that might occur during the shipment. E.g. Document fees, import taxes and etc.
May I have your box dimensions you use for?
There are 3 sizes of packages in our warehouse.
-Large : 55 * 43 * 36cm (0.085 cbm)
-Medium : 57 * 35 * 26cm (0.561 cbm)
-Small : 49 * 28 * 27cm
I have made my payment. When can you ship my order?
– International Funds Transfer may take 1-2 days. Once your payment comes through, we will be able to arrange the date for the shipment.
Where do you ship orders from?
– Our warehouse is located in Republic of Korea, and we ship orders worldwide.

Why do the prices change every day?
– Price shown on the website fluctuates according to the current currency exchange rates.
Can I pay with KRW?
– Unfortunately, we only accept USD at the moment.
How do I make the payment?
– You may use Bank Transfer or Paypal. Paypal commission fee will be added on top of your total order amount *4.4%(As of 2019). Paypal commission fee is subject to any changes made by Paypal.

– It normally takes approximately 1-2 weeks, however, lead time may vary depending on brands.
Can I order items that are not listed on wholesalejkusa.net?
– You can request new items that are currently not on wholesalejkusa.net. However, please note that the requests may not be accepted due to stock availability at our suppliers or other circumstances.
